We have reserved a block of hotel rooms & ballrooms at the Embassy Suites (Carrier Circle) to throw the best Swifty Sleepover EVER!

Swifty Sleepover Packages start at $328

Each package includes Swifty Sleepover activities + hotel room for up to FOUR people (this includes children/adults). These are guidelines placed by the hotel that we must follow, no exceptions.

Reservation Package includes:

Hotel Room overnight stay 3/28/26 (room type varies, assigned at check in… either a King bed w/ pull-out couch or two double beds)
Access to Swifty Sleepover activities in the ballrooms 4pm-9pm
(4) of Taylors signature Red Heart glasses w/ a welcome bag
Pizza party for participants (you are welcome to bring in your own food to your room too if desired)
Happy Hour cocktails 5-6:30pm (2 per adult, courtesy of the hotel)
Breakfast on 3/29/26

Limited Swifty Sleepover DAY PASSES $35 Available NOW!

Day Pass includes:

Access to Swifty Sleepover activities in the ballrooms 4pm-9pm
(1) of Taylors signature Red Heart glasses
(1) Foam LED Wand for the dance party
Pizza party (2 slices per person w/ water)

Additional Information: Check-in at the hotel is at 3pm on 3/28/26, check-out is 11am on 3/29/26. You will check in for your rooms with the hotel desk and then we’ll have a table set up to hand out welcome bags & you'll get a bracelet to participate in the Sleepover activities. If you purchase any T-shirts/bags/cups, those will be distributed at our check-in table. The hotel primarily has King Suites which is a king bed & pull out couch - please keep that in mind when booking. The hotel pool is permanently closed, so unfortunately we will not be able to have access to a pool. An email will be sent to participants with details. We are not able to do refunds.

Guidelines:We ask everyone to be respectful of the hotels rules of their 10pm quiet time, as we are not the only guests in the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason. Adults are expected to be with their children at all times.The Swifty Sleepover, nor the venue where this event is hosted, are responsible for guest's personal property. Please keep your personal items with you at all times. By participating in this event, you specifically release the event and the venue where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities. In order to participate in the Swifty Sleepover you will need to book the package with us through this website, you will not be able to go directly to the hotel.

This should go without saying, but Taylor herself will not be there - this event is for Swifty FANS!
